But prosecuting attorney Laurence Giegerich said the Concord Township woman would likely still be alive if wasn’t for Michael Zusman’s actions.

The first time Titus K. Walton met his 3-month-old son in person was the same day he was sentenced to 15 years in prison for the role he played in an armed robbery of a Painesville restaurant.
Walton, 23, of Cleveland, pleaded guilty to charges of aggravated robbery with firearm and repeat violent offender specifications and three counts of kidnapping back in November in Lake County Common Pleas Court.
